Developers' bold 2020 ambition
Legacie Developments, headquartered in Liverpool, have a huge portfolio of development work underway in the Northwest, including a major regeneration scheme on the edge of Liverpool City Centre.
The company which develops across residential, commercial and hospitality sectors, recently started work on the £90million Parliament Square development. The scheme will give a new lease of life to Liverpool’s Parliament Street area when the development is complete. Legacie say it will “offer all of the facilities of a hotel on a residential complex” when it is complete. The scheme will also include a public plaza including restaurants and boutique shops.
Work on Parliament Square is not the only milestone Legacie Developments is celebrating. The company completed the Ropemaker Place residential complex on Liverpool’s Renshaw Street this year and enter into a deal to revive the stalled ‘Eight’ residential development in the city.
The prominent developer is now looking to the new year with bold ambitions to expand operations. Founder and managing director, John Morley, said “Legaice has made solid progress in 2019 but we’re stepping up our work on existing sites and starting work on new developments in 2020. It is going to be a big year for us. The company has big ambitions”
