Legacie Managed Property Service

Meet & Greet

Stage one in your journey is meeting with one of our investment property partners who will work with you to understand your requirements and preferences to ensure that we identify the investment opportunity that is right for you. For all new schemes, we are one of the first companies who will have a video walkthrough of the scheme and their chosen unit.

Processing

Our Progress Chasing team will liaise with solicitors to ensure the 28-day exchange timeframe is met and confirm the legal exchange of contracts. At every stage, they will maintain contact with you to assist with any queries.

We work with our sales partners to ensure that any questions are answered on the same day.

Customer Care

You will be welcomed by our dedicated Customer Care team who will support you with finance, furniture and lettings arrangements, as well as providing you with regular updates on the development of your new property and any general queries.


Completion

In preparation for completion, your solicitor will serve your 10 working days' notice of legal completion, and you will be invited to book your property handover appointment. During this stage, your property will be subject to a thorough inspection to ensure it's in perfect condition and all your fittings and appliances are in full working order.

For investors outside of the UK – we arrange Video calls with them and walk and talk them through their unit. This is something which has really been received well.

Handover

Your handover appointment will last 90 minutes, during which we will hand over your keys and give you a detailed demonstration of your property, talk through your handover information pack and introduce you to our dedicated online Investors Portal where you can access full information about your property, local area and easily report any issues.

For all investors, the lettings team will advise a full procedure showing the investors how the property is being managed and taken care of.

After Care

Following the handover of your property, our dedicated Aftersales team will be on hand to help with any issues that may arise, to give you total peace of mind and guarantee that you’re being looked after even after your purchase.

With our dedicated portal access, you will be able to view the update of your property 24/7.
