Developer completes £11m city centre residential scheme


Liverpool-based Legacie said the Renshaw Street scheme was fully let before completion after drawing significant international and UK-wide interest.


Established by John Morely in 2010, Legacie Developments says it is one of the North West’s most prominent emerging construction and property development companies.

The business specialties in new developments and the sensitive restoration of historic buildings, and most recently started work of the multimillion-pound Parliament Square residential development within Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle.

Founder and managing director John Morley said: “Ropemaker Place is a striking residential development that has given a new lease of life to Renshaw Street.

“It is a great achievement for us to have it complete and fully let even before completion. There was huge national and international interest in the development.”

He added: “Ropemaker is just one of the significant projects we have completed in Liverpool.

“We’re investing heavily into the city and have exciting plans for 2020, not least with the progress we’re making on Parliament Square.”
