Legacie Developments has completed its latest £24m office-to-residential conversion project in Liverpool’s Water Street and has released new images of the scheme.

Reliance House, an Edwardian-style building, now comprises 139 one, two and three bedroom apartments with some offering “spectacular views” of Liverpool city centre and beyond.

The apartment were all snapped up by buyers long before the project was completed with Legacie saying people were impressed by the “plush interiors.

Legacie has undertaken a number of residential schemes in the Liverpool city region and in the last few weeks has pledged to invest a further £300m over the next few years.
