Last year, Legacie launched his first-ever apprenticeship programme which has seen it recruit 10 young people from Merseyside who were not in education, employment or training. John Morley, Leacie Developments, said: “I am passionate about developing Liverpool. We’re a city on the up and you can see why so many people want to work and live here. It is great to be a part of that with the work that we do.
Legacie Developments is a construction and development company that has a proven track record of delivery. This award comes as we announced a new residential project in Liverpool. Element will be the city’s first major residential eco-development. I’m excited to start work on that next year and for what the future holds for the company.”
