Legacie, Nexus secure £10m for Liverpool resi

Nexus Residential and Legacie Developments have secured a £10m loan from Together to deliver the Liverpool project, known as City Residence Apartments. The development, designed by Space+ Architecture, will comprise a mix of one- and two-bedroom flats across four blocks.

The scheme forms the second phase of a project previously being delivered by New Regen.

New Regen built out the 30-house first phase, which fronts Stanley Road, and won approval for the second in 2018.

However, Nexus and Legacie have now picked up the project and aim to complete it by October.

All of the homes have been sold off-plan through sales agent RWInvest.

Legacie and Nexus have worked together before. The developers are delivering the £40m, 450-unit Element the Quarter, a project previously being developed by Primesite.
