New images show £25m Liverpool project
Developer Legacie releases new CGI images of its latest £25m Liverpool residential development with construction work close to the maximum 16-storey height.
New CGI images have been released showing how the £25m One Park Lane development on the edge of Liverpool city centre will look when complete.
Legacie Developments is making progress on the scheme as it nears the 16th storey – and highest point – of construction. Located on the corner of Park Lane and Liver Street it will offer a mix of 90 one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
Legacie is also building 620 units on the historic Heap’s Rice Mill site surrounding One Park Lane, with a total gross development value of £140m. International sales agent RWinvest has once more promoted the scheme.
Legacie has already delivered a string of successful projects across Liverpool including the £90m Parliament Square scheme.
Legacie says construction has almost reached its highest point
